Ms. Mashamaite holds the following qualifications: • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing and Finance • Bachelor of Technology Degree in Marketing • National Diploma in Marketing • Certificate in Project Management • FSCA RE1 and RE5 Certificates • Occupational Certificate: Professional Principal Executive Officer (Retirement Fund Trustees) Ms. Mashamaite is an entrepreneur with professional experience that spans over 29 years in corporate South Africa and across the African continent. She has corporate governance, business strategy, group shared services, operations, research, marketing, and IT experience. Her experience spans sectors that include FMCG, IT, media, financial services and mining. She has 15 years Board experience, serving as Non Executive Director, Chairperson of Remuneration/ Corporate Support, Chairperson of Social and Ethics Committee, and Member of Audit, Risk, and IT Committees. She has served in both public and private sector entities; on the Board of Joshco for three (3) years and the JRA for six (6) years. She is currently on the Board of Thales South Africa Systems, as NED and Chairperson of Social Ethics Committee and Deputy chairperson of the Rand Water Provident Fund.

Ms. Simpson holds the following qualifications: • Post-graduate Diploma in Auditing • Certificate Theory Accounting (CTA) • Chartered Accountant CA(SA) • Bachelor of Accounting Science • Bachelor of Accounting Science (Hons) Ms. Simpson is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Chief Financial Officer. Her track record highlights her active participation in various Governance Committees and at a Board level. Currently, Ms Simpson holds significant roles in various spheres. She contributes as a Board Member at various state-owned entities and as an Independent Non-Executive Chairperson of the Board of a state-owned company. Her expertise extends across Finance, Project Finance, Investments, Revenue, Procurement, Information Technology, and Risk Management, as demonstrated through her diverse roles as Chief Financial Officer.
