Ms. Malande Tonjeni (46) Non-Executive Member (Deputy Chairperson) Ms. Tonjeni holds the following qualifications: • Chartered Accountant CA(SA) • Certified Director (IOD SA) • Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) • Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) • Retirement Fund Trustee Qualification (BATSETA) Ms. Tonjeni is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Certified Director, and Professional Retirement Fund Trustee. She is a seasoned Finance Executive and General Manager in mining, engineering, advisory services, auditing, and financial services industries. She currently works as an independent director in private and public entities, as well as an independent trustee on pension funds, employee share trusts and community development agencies.

Mr. Solomon Mngomezulu (58) Non-Executive Member

Mr. Mngomezulu holds the following qualifications: • Master of Business Administration (MBA) • Bachelor of Arts in Law (BA (Law) • Bachelor of Laws (LLB) • Post Graduate Diploma in Company Direction and Alternative Dispute Resolution Mr. Mngomezulu is a seasoned legal and corporate governance professional with extensive experience in various sectors, including energy, government, consulting, aviation, and petroleum refining. Mr. Mngomezulu has held several key positions throughout his career, including Company Secretary/ Legal Advisor at the South African National Energy Development Institute (SANEDI), Specialist Governance Advisor/ Secretary to the Presidential State-Owned Enterprise Council (PSEC) at the Department of Public Enterprise (DPE), and Director at Sowiso Consultants (Pty) Ltd. His roles have encompassed managing legal, governance, risk, and compliance functions, providing technical advisory services, overseeing corporate governance frameworks, and serving in governing bodies as a Non-Executive Director. He has also served as Legal Counsel/Company Secretary at the Air Traffic & Navigation Service Company, Commercial Contract Specialist at National Petroleum Refiners SA (Natref), and Legal Affairs Manager – Disputes at the Education Labour Relations Council. His expertise includes drafting and vetting contracts, managing compliance programmes, providing legal advice, and conducting governance assurance projects. Mr. Mngomezulu has undertaken various specialised courses in legal training, corporate governance, and labour dispute resolution. He is known for his strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining high standards of corporate governance and compliance.
