At the end of the session, what is important to note is that strategic planning is the ongoing organisational process of using available knowledge to document Inseta’s intended direction. This process is used to prioritise efforts, effectively allocate resources, align board and employees on the organisation’s goals, and ensure those goals are backed by data and sound reasoning and to highlight that strategic planning is an ongoing process—not a one-time meeting.
