Deviation Practical completion will be reached through construction commencement. The commencement of construction relies on GDARD approving the EA, DWS approving the GA & WULA as well as CoT approving the Wayleaves for construction

• Water & Sanitation services Practical Completion by Jodan Konstruksie (Q4)

Authorisation (EA), a Gauteng Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (GDARD) study is ongoing. The General Authorisation (GA) and Water Use Licence Application (WULA), Department of Water & Sanitation (DWS) studies are ongoing. The public participation was completed, and technical reports were submitted to both GDARD and DWS for EA, GA as well as WULA. Not Achieved Progress is being made towards obtaining the Section 82 Certificate as the following was achieved: • A Section 101 stipulating that CAV fulfilled all pre- proclamation conditions as set out in the Conditions of Establishment was received from CoT. The Roads & Storm-water Services drawings were submitted to CoT submitted to CoT for approval. • The EA, GA and WULA Technical reports were submitted to both DGARD & DWS for approval. • The Water & sanitation Services drawings were approved by CoT.

Deviation Section 82 relies on completion of the roads & storm-water services, completion of the water & sanitation services and also connecting the services to the already installed BEWI infrastructure.

• Obtaining a Section 82 Certificate from CoT for all Aerospace Training and Certification Centre (ATCC) internal utility services

being connected to the CAV external utility services (Q4).
