• Practical Completion of the works by Jodan Konstruksie (Q4)

Authorisation (EA), a Gauteng Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (GDARD) study is ongoing. The General Authorisation (GA) and Water Use Licence Application (WULA), Department of Water & Sanitation (DWS) studies are ongoing. The public participation was completed, and technical reports were submitted to both GDEA and DWS for EA, GA as well as WULA.

Conclusion of the township establishment for the CAV Landside Development phase by obtaining the Section 82 certificate from the City of Tshwane by 2020/21

Obtain a Section 82 certificate which mean that all conditions have been met with regards to the establishment of the township, including the proclamation and the arrangements for the installation of services for the Aerospace Training and Certification Centre: • Renewal of the Section 7 (6) approval for conditional occupation of the Aerospace Training and Certification Centre by the City of Tshwane Municipality (Q1).

Not Achieved Renewal of the Section 7 (6) approval for conditional occupation of the Aerospace Training and Certification Centre Not Achieved Construction has not started as the latest version of the Roads & Storm-water designs (drawings) as submitted in 2019, is yet to be approved by CoT

Deviation A request for extension of the Section 7 (6) approval to temporarily occupy the ATCC Building was submitted to CoT. CAV is making monthly follow- ups with CoT on the approval of the Section 7 (6) extension. Deviation Practical completion will be reached through construction commencement. The commencement of construction relies on CoT approving the drawings and the Wayleaves.
