Not Achieved At the end of Q3, CoT was yet to approve the drawings for Roads & Storm-water Services.

Deviation Construction commencement will only be after GDARD has approved the EA if required. The start of construction will also be upon Cot approving the drawings for Roads & Storm- water Services as well as the Wayleaves for construction. Not Achieved In 2019, the latest version of the designs (drawings) was submitted to City of Tshwane (CoT) for approval to upgrade van Ryneveld & van der Spuy road intersection. At the end of Q4:2020/21FY, CoT was yet to issue the final drawings approval irrespective of the follow-ups made.
