5.2 MASTER OVERSIGHT SURVEILLENCE PLAN As a safety and security regulator, the SACAA conducts surveillance and oversight inspections on operators from across all civil aviation areas. The next few tables provide a comprehensive analysis of the Master Oversight and Surveillance Plan (MOSP) activities per technical area. 5.2.1 AVIATION SAFETY OPERATIONS MASTER OVERSIGHT SURVEILLANCE PLAN (MOSP) The Master Oversight and Surveillance Plan cumulative performance for Aviation Safety Operations (ASO), is reflected in the following table.
