Ms. Mbanjwa holds the following qualifications: • Master of Philosophy in Urban Infrastructure Design and Management. • Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration • Postgraduate Diploma in Public Policy and Development Administration • Bachelor of Social Science in Public Affairs and Administration Ms. Mbanjwa is a senior public sector executive and governance specialist with extensive experience in leadership roles across human settlements, economic development, and infrastructure. She is recognised for institutional turnaround, performance improvement, and policy implementation at a strategic level. She has led provincial departments at the highest level of public sector administration, driving complex reform agendas and delivering measurable impact across economic development, infrastructure, and human settlements. Her leadership has transformed institutional performance and strengthened service delivery. She possesses extensive expertise in governance, strategic oversight, and programme execution. Her ability to build capable institutions, unlock developmental value, and align multi stakeholder efforts around ambitious, results oriented mandates is recognised. Ms. Mbanjwa chairs the Board of Constitution Hill and serves as a Non-Executive Director at Rand Water, Rand Water Foundation, and the Gauteng Growth and Development Agency (GGDA). She contributes to strategic direction and oversight through Committee roles, including membership on the Social and Ethics Committee and the Treasury and Capital Investment Committee at Rand Water, and the Audit and Risk Committee at GGDA. Her Board experience spans multiple sectors, where she has provided leadership on governance, audit, risk, performance, and institutional development

Ms. Mahuma – Madida has been involved with private companies from 2004 to date, where she gained ample experience in the fields of strategy formulation, fund raising and business development for the various companies she has been involved with, be in regard to manufacturing, business development or Board participation specifically in the infrastructure space. She is currently the Managing Director of Mahuma Investments Holdings (Pty) Ltd, a company with investments in the infrastructure sector. She is a founder and shareholder of the largest women owned steel merchant in South Africa, which led her, and her co-founder, being named amongst the Leading Women Owned businesses at the Premier Business awards in 2018 (sponsored by the Department of Trade and Industry). Her other involvements include manufacturing of precast concrete products as well as custom-made steel products.
