This aligns with the broader business objectives and long-term digitalisation objectives to achieve business goals. To accelerate digital maturity, we invested in enterprise-grade systems and software on a scalable platform, emerging technology that integrates processes, automates workflows and enhances operational intelligence and efficiency for digital transformed service delivery and improved customer experience. Technology implemented in support of digitalisation includes Enterprise Data Integration platform, providing a single source of truth for Data-driven decision-making, AI-assisted dashboards that deliver predictive and prescriptive trends and audit tracking for risk management, Cybersecurity for secure and resilient IT and OT environments and Advanced Cloud Migration providing for reduced infrastructure costs, better business continuity management and increased opportunities for innovation.
