Leadership Development Programmes The ongoing development and implementation of targeted and aligned leadership programmes for Rand Water leaders is critically important for the business to fulfil its strategic imperatives, and to successfully contribute to driving the organisation and people’s growth. These initiatives are implemented through various institutions of higher learning, business schools and private service providers.

Bursaries 195 employees were recipients of bursaries during the 2024/25 financial year. YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMES

Rand Water implements internships and learnerships aimed at unemployed youth to develop future water sector skills. Graduates in training, experiential students, external bursaries and learnerships are included in these learning programmes.
