Become a member of Christian Family Church

Complete the CFC Growth Track

Attend Small Group Leadership Training

Complete the Small Group Leadership one-on-one interview

Complete a Small Group Leadership Launch Form

Sign the Small Group Leadership Commitment and Honor Code

Once we launch your Group, your Coordinating Pastor, will introduce you to your LTM and your Coach
