1. The HDA endeavours to always meet its employment equity objective, however, due to capacity constraints, recruitment processes are delayed which has a negative effect on the appointment of key talent. 2. The procurement process to appoint a service provider to assist with the recruitment of people living with disabilities is underway. 3. A recruitment portal will be launched to fast-track the recruitment process.
