7. Upon finalisation of the certification process, the instructing unit, with the assistance of LSU, prepares the Minister’s submission for the President’s Minutes. 8. Upon receipt of the signed President’s minute, the user sends the final draft for proofreading and binding to DIRCO. 1. User requests Minister’s approval of instructions to amend, review, or draft legislation. 2. User submits approved instructions to amend, review or draft legislation to LSU. 3. User together with LSU draft a legislation project plan for implementation. 4. LSU drafts, amends, or reviews DSI’s primary and subordinate legislation. 5. LSU provides support during stakeholder (internal and external) consultations and presentation of the Bill to EISED. 9. User sends copy of the signed international agreement to LSU.
