Reasons for deviations

Randfontein CHC:

Contractor’s cash flow

problems. The delays on

payments of the contractor and the PSPs by GDoH

resulted in PSPs providing

limited services on site they are currently still not

available for site inspections and contractors evaluations. The contractor at some

point suspended services as well due to delays on payment. It would have

been risky for the contractor to continue with the works without supervision.

STARS 1 - 3 1 -2 Bekkersdal: Not completed

due delays in the release of

funds by client department.

Dr Fabian & Florence Ribeiro Treatment Centre

upgrading, Phase 1A, was

completed but reported in the relevant indicator.
