Furthermore, the team also agreed to honour employees “Living the CAV Values”, which recognise employees who stand out for achieving business through championing the values and demonstrating exemplary behaviour. Employment Changes The organisation’s manpower capacity will be determined by the outcomes of the Organisation Structure Review. Additionally, retention strategies are being put in place to mitigate talent flow out of CAV. The following additions were made to the organisation’s manpower capacity:

• Acting Chief Executive Officer Mr. Shaun Moses was appointed as the Acting Chief Executive Officer of the CAV for a period of six (6) months from 01 November 2020 to 30 April 2021. Terminations Two terminations (at the expiry of their employment contracts) were reported during the reporting period: • 1* Intern (General Admin) • Acting Chief Executive Officer Labour relations (misconduct and disciplinary enquiry)
