5.3. ORGANISATIONAL CORE ACTIVITIES The Organisation’s core activities are intended to develop, construct and operate the CAV Landside development phase and to unlock and initiate the conceptual design for the Airside development phase and other planned phases. In rolling-out the core activities, the nature and the extent of the following sub areas are acknowledged and supported: • Property Development and Construction Services; • Shared Services (ICT, Security, Landscaping & Business
Support services, etc.); • Property and Facilities Management Services; • Centre Management Services (Business, Conference and Exhibition Centre); and • Cluster Support Programmes. The development, provisioning and operational capacity and capabilities of the mentioned functional sub-areas are key to the successful deployment of the CAV Development, as well as to provide the platform to achieve the set aims, objectives and targets of the CAV.
