WE HAVE GOOD PLANS BUT WE NEED TO PRIORITISE OUR ACTIVITIES ACCORDING TO OUR RESOURCES.

I AGREE, AS COUNCILLORS WE SHOULD ENSURE THAT OUR PLANS ARE IN LINE WITH THE RESOURCES WE CAN GENERATE.

COUNCILLORS NEED TO BE STRATEGIC WHEN THEY PLAN. THEY SHOULD LOOK TO THE PRESENT AND THE FUTURE WHEN THEY APPROVE BUDGETS. HAVING A THREE YEAR BUDGET HELPS!

WE MUST KEEP A GOOD EYE ON THE FINANCES. ALSO WE MUST MAKE SURE THAT WE CAN MAINTAIN THE FACILITIES AND SERVICES WE HAVE PUT IN PLACE.
