She has corporate governance, business strategy, research, marketing, and IT experience. She has 15 years’ worth of Board experience, serving as Non Executive Director, Chairperson of Remuneration/ Corporate Support, Chairperson of Social and Ethics Committee, and Member of Audit, Risk, and IT Committees. She has served in both public and private sector entities; on the Board of Joshco for three (3) years and the JRA for six (6) years whereby she was part of the team that lead the development of company turnaround strategy and achieved clean audits between 2012 and 2018. She is currently on the Board of Thales South Africa Systems, as non-executive director and Chairperson of Social Ethics Committee.
