Mr. Qotywa holds the following qualifications: • Master of Business Administration (MBA) • Master of Arts in Environment and Society • Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Environmental Studies • Bachelor of Arts (Education) • Programme for Leadership Development (PLD) Mr. Qotywa is a Personal Development Leadership Coach and Chief Executive Officer of Nondzaba Consulting (Pty) Ltd, focusing on Leadership and Strategy. He currently serves in the Boards/ councils of the following entities: Joe Gqabi Economic Development Agency (JOGEDA) SOC Ltd, King Sabata Dalindyebo TVET College, and Eastern Cape Rural Development Agency (ECRDA).

Ms. Monnakgotla holds the following qualifications: • Bachelor of Commerce ( B.Com) in Laws • Master in Laws (LLM) Tax • Masters in Finance (Wits)

Ms. Monnakgotla serve as a non-executive director for Philafrica Foods Ltd–Social Ethics Committee, Ecobank Transnational Incorporated–IT Social and Reputation Committee, Sasol South Africa Limited–Governance Committee, Sasol Khanyisa Group and Public–Social and Ethics Committee.
