REMCO ACTIVITIES

The Human Resources and Remuneration Committee (REMCO) is delegated to oversee remuneration activities in the organisation per the Terms of Reference and the Delegation of Authority Framework.

At a strategic level the following key activities were undertaken’;

• Approved the salary mandate to be negotiated and implemented for employees fy 2022/2023, • Received feedback on the performance of the entity against the Strategic Pillars; • Received feedback on the performance of the entity against the Corporate Scorecard as well as the Chief Executive’s performance against the strategic pillars, • Approved the Short‑Term incentive pay‑out for the performance achieved in the 2022/23 financial year in line with REMCO’s terms of reference and submitted it to the Board for final approval
