FASSET ANNUAL REPORT

Non-PIVOTAL Learner Employment Grant (NLRG) This grant aims to assist employers by providing opportunities in areas of FASSET’s scarce skills list where we don’t have learnerships available. Through this grant, FASSET incentivises the placement of learners into internships or permanent employment. Unfortunately we fell short of our target in the 2020/21 year, due to interns recruited not linked to scare or critical skills in our sector; and will look at ways of improving up-take in the foreseeable future.
