Performance Information Reports were compiled for all four quarters of 2019/20, approved by Executive Management and submitted to the Of ¿ ce of the Speaker of the GPL and the Of ¿ ce of the Premier. The unit conducted oversight of the GFC’s reports submitted quarterly. Various sectoral reports

were compiled for other government departments such as reports on Anti-Substance Abuse, Rural Development, Batho Pele, Service Delivery and Job Creation. Presentations were also conducted when required for presentation to oversight bodies.
