Reasons for deviations
Manguzi Market stalls was not completed due to
outstanding matters that included Electrical and
Plumbing Installations that
were yet to be done by the Municipality and Eskom.
At the end of the reporting
period for 2023/24 financial year, the Avocado Oil Processing Facility and Expansion
Project had building
materials that were yet to be delivered to the site. These included:
gutters and downpipes,
external roll up doors, roof
ventilators, material for the
mezzanine floor above the office and toilets
Both the Business Licensing Policy and Bill have been approved for gazetting
for public comment. It is
expected that the Bill will be ready to present to
Parliament in Quarter 4 of
the 2024/25 financial year.
