SOUTH AFRICAN JUDICIAL EDUCATION INSTITUTE 1. GOVERNANCE OF SAJEI The Council is responsible for the governance of the SAJEI as provided for in the SAJEI Act (2008). The Accounting Officer is the Secretary-General of the Office of the Chief Justice (OCJ). The members of the Council are as follows:
