EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE Executive Committee (EXCO) consists of five (5) members who represent all areas of the business and contribute diverse skills and experience. EXCO implements the strategy as approved by the Board and manages the day-to-day operations of the business, organised as Business Units. These Business Units are led by Business Unit Heads who are all Executive Committee members.
