Meetings 4 (and 1 strategic briefing workshop) Attendance 92% Mandate, Roles and Responsibilities The Committee has been established by the Board to oversee, monitor and report on behalf of the Board, on Rand Water’s ethics, the impact of Rand Water’s corporate social responsibility activities, sustainable development, transformation initiatives and management of stakeholder relations with due regard to relevant legislative requirements and prevailing codes of best practice.
