* Top Management Committee was established with limited decision-making authority by the Executive Committee to consider and approve specific operational matters as delegated by the Group Chief Executive. a) Mr. T Joala passed away in service on 29 January 2024. Mr. M Makhubela has been appointed as the Acting Chief Shared Services Officer effective 6 January 2025. b) Mr. A Nxumalo has been appointed as Acting General Manager: Strategic Asset Management effective 12 August 2024. c) Ms. L Sineke was appointed as the Chief Procurement Officer effective of 12 August 2024. d) Ms. M Matiwane was appointed as the General Manager: Projects and Compliance effective 11 November 2024. ^ Reimbursements are costs incurred in the normal course of fulfilling day-to-day operational requirements, which are subsequently reimbursed by the Group.

Refer to Executive Board Members remuneration. a) Mr EN Ratshikhopha passed away in November 2024 Performance bonus payouts Included below are the details of the performance bonus payout for the key management personnel for the years ended 30 June 2023 and 30 June 2024. Due to the nature of the performance bonus payout this payment occurs once the audited results have been approved and performance can be measured, therefore the payment occurs in subsequent years if approved.
