RAND WATER PROVIDENT FUND The Rand Water Provident Fund, established under the Pension Funds Act of 1956 and administered by Rand Water in terms of Section 13B, has over 30 years of steadfast stewardship in investing member funds and supporting the financial and emotional well-being of employees. As a defined contribution fund, members actively contribute toward retirement, with investments structured to provide sustainable benefits throughout their careers and beyond. The Fund serves both active employees and former members through a member-centric, high-quality, and cost-efficient administration service that adapts to evolving needs.

PERFORMANCE

Portfolio outcomes for the year reflect a solid performance that exceeds the target across all inflation-linked strategies (Inflation 1-3, 3-5, and 5-7) Our ideal replacement ratio exceeds the industry norm, and we maintain a high ranking on net replacement ratio, supporting the members’ ability to sustain their lifestyles in retirement. Looking ahead, excellence, intergrity, and transparency will continue to guide us in safeguarding members' financial well-being and creating a lasting legacy for future generations.
