4.10 EMPLOYMENT CHANGES
There were 6 terminations which comprised of 5 resignations and 1 dismissal. Some of the terminations took place late into the financial year resulting in the recruitment of some of the positions being finalised towards the end of the financial year. Only one new employee was appointed in 2019/20 financial year. Only 1 employee was transferred for better use of the employee’s skills in a different department.
