As per tradition, every five years the Club hosts a two-day tournament at Sun City: • On the 9 th March at the Lost City Golf Club. • On the 10 th March at the Gary Player Country Club. Lotus Golf Club - 25 th Anniversary SUN CITY GOLF

The Lost City Golf Course Day 1 of the tournament was held at the Lost City Golf Course with its undulating and rocky terrain and an 18-hole desert-style golf course, surrounded by breathtaking views across the bushveld was indeed a memorable experience. Many of the participants played at many exotic golf courses, nationally and internationally, but the Lost City having had live crocodiles and the green on the 13 th hole shaped as the

continent of Africa, made it one of the most unusual and interesting golf courses. It was also interesting to watch the competitiveness amongst the players. Gary Player Country Club Day 2 of the tournament was held at The 18-hole Gary Player Country Club Golf Course, designed by Gary Player, is an arduous course as it is a walking course. The welcome dinner the night before made it even more difficult! However, the fortitude of golfers was evident in some of the excellent golf played on the day. All in all, both days were fun-filled with a good measure of competitiveness and a great deal of laughter. Friendships were made and friendships were entrenched on these two days of golfing.
