^Land ^SABC Seapoint Land valued at R46,2m was registered in the name of the agency in September 2023. Upon transfer to the name of the agency, that land was classified as property plant and the equipment which is in line with GRAP 17. ^During financial the year, the HDA Board approved the donation of various erven in Knysna Local Municipality (erven RE/ 17845, 17847, RE/18093 and 20524 measuring 31.0019 hectares) valued at R1.7m to the municipality for human settlements development. The land parcels will be removed from the Agency’s books upon transfer and registration of the land parcels in the name of the municipality, the process is underway. *Building * Eskom Building valued at R60,3m was registered in the name of the agency in August 2023. Upon transfer to the name of the agency, that land was classified as property plant and the equipment which is in line with GRAP 17.
