An amount advanced to MEGA in relation to the MIFPM which has not yet been utilised for the project is disclosed as an advance payment. The advance was paid in terms of the memorandum of understanding entered into between DEDT and MEGA appointing MEGA as an implementing agent to establish and operationalize the MIFPM.
