Employee Engagement During the year under review, the Corporation conducted an employee engagement survey. The Employee Engagement Survey allows us to gain a sense of the ‘temperature’ or the overall feeling of the employees. It taps into individual concepts like job satisfaction, morale, wellbeing and happiness at work. Currently the survey is conducted every

second year to allow implementation of action plans. The employee engagement survey score received in 2024 was 70% (2022: 74%). The decline in the engagement score can be attributed to the Corporation not paying short-term incentives in the 2024 financial year.
