SOP for Contract This SOP regulates the process for the drafting and vetting of all contracts entered into between the DSI and other parties, whether drafted by the DSI or the other party, to ensure that all contracts entered into by the DSI satisfy all legal requirements. Litigation Management This Standard Operating Procedure sets out clear processes for the handling of litigation matters, to ensure that court documents served on the Department are dealt with.
The purpose of this policy is to ensure that litigation by or against the DSI is managed in an efficient and uniform manner that ensures the protection of interests of the DSI and not expose the DSI to legal risks.
