2. Facilities Manager coordinates the space allocation with the relevant Manager.

Two working days before the new employee’s assumption of duty or relocation date.

3. FM inspects the identified space and prepares it for occupation. 1. The user sends a request to Security Management for the replacement of the keys. 2. Security informs FM of the requested keys. 3. Facilities Management sends a request for procurement of key replacements to SCM. 4. FM will re-issue replacement keys for free if the user loses them for the first time. 5. FM will issue keys due to a third subsequent loss, but a user who has lost or damaged the keys may pay a minimum of R1,000 for new keys. 6. The new keys are handed over to the user.

(m) Replacement of lost cabinet and credenza keys.
