Courtesy: Officials are friendly, courteous, highly professional and knowledgeable in the services provided Officials are identified by name tags There is a dedicated fully furnished reception/waiting area with serving windows available for the clients Observance of COVID-19 protocols such as face masks, social distancing and hand washing. Maintain and continue to improve standards through evaluation and assessment based on previous outcomes Adherence to the COVID-19 regulations at all times. Implementation of the courier services and registered mail services to deliver documents to DIRCO to minimise access to OR Tambo Building and to curb the spread of the pandemic. Officials are identified by name tags The public hours are displayed on the main entrance doors, and the Service-Delivery Charter is displayed in the Legalisation reception area Coordination with the Security Division to verify the clients per submitted appointment list by Legalisation in order to access the OR Tambo Building as part of observing the COVID-19 protocols Notices and lolly-pop stands are placed in the Legalisation reception area, indicating to the public where to queue and to observe the COVID-19 protocols such as maintaining social distance.
