Buildings and other fixed structures The department has spent R322 million on the implementation of Solar projects at various government properties and the remaining balance of R37 million related to expenditure incurred on capital projects which some of them would be completed in the next financial year. Machinery and equipment Expenditure on machinery and equipment for an amount of R37 million comprises of R10,5 million for Cell phone expenditure, Purchasing of Computers, Laptops and Office furniture
