Reasons for deviations

The target on the number of emerging black firms

empowered is achieved. However, due to

insufficient women and youth-owned firms’

representation from the

maintenance database with CIDB range 1 to 5, the

target of 40% and 30% on selected categories could not be met.

- New indicator 50 53 3 Over achievement arose

from the 2021/22 financial year‘s backlog of

contractors who could not be allocated projects.
