Irregular Expenditure of R158 million consists of R126 million paid on expired lease, R5,7 million paid on services procured through 3 quotations and the R14 million paid for services of which tender procedures were not properly followed. Fruitless and wasteful expenditure consists of R40 million paid due to a court order Settlement Hospital Oxygen supply and R8 million is for rental amount paid for Game building.
