The following was reviewed during the year under review:
• Effectiveness of the internal control systems Based on the results of the audits performed and the follow up reviews conducted, the overall opinion on the internal control design was Adequate and Ineffective to ensure that the Department objectives will be achieved. The Audit Committee would like to recommend that management should pay attention in improving the internal control environment on Records Management, Property Management, Risk Management, Litigation and Patch Management.
