The capital commitment represents the tender awards made in prior year and current year for which the work has not yet been performed/completed. The decrease relates mainly to the completed projects on solar energy. Included in the capital commitments are improvements on some of the state properties, of which most of them were not yet completed at year end and will be completed in the next financial year/s.
