1.1.5 Customer and stakeholder satisfaction In the 2020 Customer and Stakeholder Survey, the CIPC scored 80% compared to the 74% in 2017. As shown in Figure B.3 , customer satisfaction was at 80% in 2020 and 78% in 2017 and stakeholder satisfaction was at 78% in 2020 compared to 69% in 2017.
