-29.21% Underachievement is

due to the elimination of

incomplete and defective

evaluation forms from the

total number of evaluation forms completed of

12 030. The numerator

consists of the number

of Participant Evaluation

forms which were fully

completed with positive

rating. The revision of the Participant Evaluation

form and guidelines for

the assessment of output

indicator 2.2.1.3 will be

done and implemented in

the 2023/24 financial year.

Guidance will be provided

to the participants on how

to properly complete the forms.
