PERFORMANCE EVALUATION OF THE BOARD For purposes of ensuring continuous improvement in the Board’s performance and effectiveness, members are individually subjected to a process of performance evaluation on an annual basis. The process is conducted in accordance with the Policy regarding Board Practices and the Remuneration of Board Members of Entities Reporting to the Minister of Water and Sanitation and includes the assessment of performance of the governance structures.
