In partnership with HDA and DHS, the department is currently assisting local municipalities with the development of precinct/ development plans for the following Priority Human Settlements and Housing Development Areas (PHSHDA): Kimberley, Kathu, Aggenys/Pofadder, Upington and Postmasburg/Tsantsabane
